Philanthropic Mission & Vision
Our philanthropic mission is to provide experiences and resources that build spiritual, mental and social resiliency in girls. We envision a community in which every girl and woman has the strength necessary to advance her own life and the lives of others. One way Gamma Phi Beta does this, internationally, is with our philanthropic partner, Girls On the Run, a nonprofit organization that allows our members hands-on service and charitable giving to help BUILD STRONG GIRLS.
Our signature event to raise funds for Girls on the Run is by hosting our annual Moonball event! Moonball is our week-long philanthropic event with different events such as "pie a phi," "penny wars," "pizza pies and gphis," etc. every day leading up to our volleyball tournament!
Our bracket-style, single elimination kickball tournament consists of different Greek Fraternities coached by some of our members playing against each other in a friendly game of volleyball.

Girls on the Run Semi-Annual 5k
Every year we partner with our local GOTR chapter, which serves the surrounding 5 counties. Learn more about this organization here!
Our members have the opportunity to volunteer to coach teams throughout the year. At the end of every season, Epsilon Kappa joins all the teams at the end-of-the-year 5k celebration where we dance with them, cheer them on, do their hair and paint their faces!
